CADD Specialists (CSI) provided drafting services for us [Technetron PM] on $4M of remodels of 40 stores for a national convenience store chain. CSI handled the drafting of existing conditions for the building and site for each facility. CSI produced the existing conditions drawings, the remodel plan drawings, and the as-built drawings. The effort required a site visit for field measurements for each site, and building a library of cabinets, fixtures, equipment, and furniture for four decades of facilities.

CSI responded to real time requests for changes using technology - Internet and e-mail. Change requests were phoned in, sent by facsimile and emailed at any time of day. CSI responded promptly and changed drawings were posted to a web site for distribution to the contractors, suppliers, and facility managers.

CSI also provides remodel drawings for our custom home clients and commercial customers. Distance is not an issue with us because of CSI's attention to detail, quality of work, and command of modern technology.
